Exfoliation is a vital step in keeping your dry flaky skin under control.  You can exfoliate every day if you wish, but at a minimum, your skin should be manually exfoliated twice a week.  An exfoliating scrub or body polish will gently slough off your dead skin to reveal fresher, more glowing skin.  Exfoliating also prepares your skin to better, and more thoroughly absorb the moisturizers that you apply. A few other tips, exfoliating is a great idea before applying sunless tanners, and prepares skin for a much closer shave! Some people like to use exfoliation on their faces, this can cause certain people irritation, but, it works great and that's all up to you!
